What Is a Therapeutic Pathway?

In this video, Kyla Brown, Registered Psychologist and co-founder of Brave Humanity, explains what a Therapeutic Pathway is and how it differs from attending a Circle on its own.

A Brave Humanity Circle is an experiential evening that may include reflection, movement, embodied practices, connection, and exploration around a particular theme. A Circle is a complete experience in itself.

A Therapeutic Pathway gives you somewhere to continue with what that experience opens. After the Circle, you return to your everyday life — and then come back for a small therapeutic Deepening Session where we can explore what stayed with you, what surfaced afterward, how the theme showed up in your relationships or daily life, and what may now feel different or more complex.

The Deepening Session isn’t another Circle. It is a place to work therapeutically with what emerged once the Circle met your real life.

You can choose a Circle on its own or pair it with its connected Deepening Session as a Therapeutic Pathway.
