Authenticity & Vulnerability

In this video, Natalie Imbach, Registered Psychologist and co-founder of Brave Humanity, introduces Authenticity & Vulnerability, the second theme in the Fall Journey.

We often think authenticity means revealing more, speaking more, or being more vulnerable.

But all of us adapt in relationships. We read the room. We decide what feels safe to share. We soften some parts of ourselves and protect others.

That isn’t automatically a problem. It’s part of being human and part of how we seek belonging.

The deeper question is:

Can I stay connected to myself while I decide how I want to show up?

Maybe speaking is authentic.
Maybe staying quiet is authentic.
Maybe sharing something is authentic.
Maybe protecting something that matters to you is authentic too.

This Circle isn’t asking you to reveal more of yourself. It’s an invitation to become more trustworthy to yourself, so that belonging doesn’t require you to leave yourself behind.
