What is reclaiming your wholeness about?

It is an invitation into remembering your inherent wholeness and worthiness. This group provides women with a safe space to show up as is, both as givers and receivers of this safety. It is an invitation into relationship with your body as the portal to love, presence, connection, and belonging to yourself and within relationship.

Who is this group for?

This is a group for women seeking a safe place for connection and community among women. It is for women who have felt a longing for more, even if they are unsure what more is. It is for women who are longing to feel a sense of connection and belonging to themselves that is held sacred and witnessed by others. 

How long is this group?

The group is held weekly for 12 consecutive weeks. Each group is 2 hours in length. Due to time limits we ask that members arrive on time. 

What is the investment? 

The total cost for the 12 week group is $1620.00 or $135.00/session. Participants can either pay in full up front or pay weekly for each session. Either way we will send you the receipt individually for each session.  As both of us are registered Psychologists in Alberta these sessions should be covered by most benefit plans. We suggest confirming coverage with your benefits provider.

Do you offer refunds?

We are unable to offer refunds once the group has started. We intentionally create the space and time for this group offering based on the number of women who’ve committed themselves to the process and program. We also need to carefully protect the safety and cohesiveness of the group space.

What if I can’t attend every week? 

Group safety and security requires predictability and consistency from the facilitators and participants. Missed sessions risk impacting group cohesiveness and the sacredness of the space. We understand that with a 12 week program there may be times when members may occasionally need to miss a session. Our policy is that members can miss up to a maximum of 3 sessions, knowing that this will also have an impact and is not ideal. We are willing to give a discount of $50.00 per session missed for the first two sessions, if these missed session dates are provided in advance of the group start.
