Come home to yourself, and the possibilities are boundless

There are so many moments in a woman’s life that quietly ask her to move away from herself.

The moment she struggles and becomes her own harshest critic.

The moment belonging feels easier when she edits parts of herself.

The moment support is offered, but receiving it feels more vulnerable than simply carrying on alone.

Often, these moments happen so automatically that we barely notice them.

And you know how to keep going, to care deeply, and to carry what life asks of you.

But somewhere inside you, something is asking for more.

To meet yourself with more kindness when things are hard.

To belong without shrinking, editing, or abandoning parts of yourself.

To let yourself be supported without losing yourself in the process.

This fall, Brave Humanity invites you into a connected season of women’s Circles created to explore these places together.

Not as another project of self-improvement.

But as a place to slow down, notice what is here, and remember how to remain in relationship with the person who has been there all along.

YOU.

Are you ready to fall into this journey with us?

We’re here, and we’ve got you.

So…what does it actually mean to stay in relationship with yourself?

Knowing what you feel, what you need, and what feels true for you, and trusting that information to guide you.

Creating more space between an old pattern and the choice you make next.

Becoming someone you can turn toward, rather than someone you automatically move away from.

Knowing yourself well enough that closeness does not require you to disappear.

Discovering that support can actually feel supportive.

One fall journey.

Join us for a Circle on its own, or experience the theme in a Therapeutic Pathway: the Circle followed by its connected Deepening Session.

Together, they build on one another, moving from how you meet yourself, to how you belong, to how you allow yourself to be supported.

In Their Words

What women are experiencing ~ in the room and beyond it

“I didn’t realize how powerful it would be to sit in a room like this.

There’s something that happens when a circle of women witness the unfolding of another.

It felt sacred and unconditional.”

~ Paula

“Natalie and Kyla are two of the most gifted, grounded, sincere, and genuinely skilled practitioners I’ve ever met.

Having them facilitate a women’s embodiment circle is a true privilege.

I’ve experienced a level of joy and freedom that words like grateful and thankful don’t fully capture —
and you leave with a deep sense of community, not feeling so alone in your journey.”

~ Bridget

“Natalie and Kyla provide a safe and loving space, with gentle encouragement — never any pressure.

They offer meaningful tools that support a life full of love and possibility.

I leave the group feeling grounded, and better able to meet life’s challenges.”

~ Denise

What to Expect in the Circles

Each Circle is an intimate, in-person women’s gathering, thoughtfully designed and gently guided.

Natalie and Kyla lead you through a thoughtfully designed experience using reflection, embodied practices, movement, journaling, shared experience, and connection.

We thoughtfully choose each space for its warmth, comfort, privacy, and sense of ease.

The location may change from season to season, but the intention remains the same: a welcoming place where you can settle in and arrive fully into the experience.

What to Expect in the Deepening Sessions

Deepening Sessions are intimate, professionally facilitated therapeutic groups connected to the Circle that came before.

Rather than another guided experience, the conversation begins with what the Circle stirred and what life revealed afterward: what showed up in your relationships, emotions, patterns, choices, body, or everyday moments.

You bring the lived experience. Natalie and Kyla help you work with what emerged.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to explore. We begin with what is here.

What kind of support feels right for you?

The Circles

The Circles may be right for you if you’re craving intentional time to reconnect with yourself and step outside the pace of everyday life.

You may want an experience that gives you space to reflect, feel, move, notice, and connect, without needing to turn it into an ongoing process.

You might be new to Brave Humanity.

You might prefer to take what stays with you home and let it unfold in your own way.

Or you may simply know that, right now, one (or three) meaningful evenings are exactly what you need.

The Therapeutic Pathway

Circles + Deepening sessions may be right for you if meaningful experiences tend to stay with you.

If you often leave thinking, there’s something more here I want to understand.

If conversation helps you make sense of what you’re feeling.

If something can feel clear in the room, then become much more complicated once it meets your relationships, your choices, your patterns, and your everyday life.

You may want the continuity of knowing there is somewhere to return.

A place to bring what surfaced afterward, hear yourself more clearly, learn through the experiences of other women, and stay with something long enough to understand it differently.

Spots are limited, and these experiences are intentionally kept intimate

This fall discover a different way to meet yourself, your relationships, and the support around you.

THE INNER CRITIC & SELF WORTH

How do you show up when you need yourself most?

When life gets hard, the relationship you have with yourself can become strained, unforgiving and demanding.

Exploring what happens between you and yourself can create more room for:

Presence instead of pressure.

Compassion instead of correction.

Becoming a safer place for yourself to exist.

More choice when the critical voice appears

A sense of worth that isn’t dependent on how well you perform.

What would change if your worth didn’t depend on how well you performed?

AUTHENTICITY

& VULNERABILITY

Where do you abandon parts of yourself in order to “peacefully” belong?

This can happen quietly with family, in friendships with other women, with a partner, at work, or anywhere being accepted and staying connected matters.

Exploring what happens between you and yourself can create more room for:

More trust in what feels true for you.

Belonging without abandoning yourself.

Becoming a safer place for yourself to exist.

The freedom to speak, stay quiet, reveal, or protect what feels important to you.

What might become possible with more freedom to choose how you show up?

CULTIVATING THE CAPACITY TO RECEIVE

Do you know what actually helps you feel supported?

For many women, giving, helping, carrying, and coping can feel far more familiar than receiving.

Exploring what happens between you and yourself can create more room for:

Knowing what support actually feels supportive to you.

More permission to receive.

Greater discernment around the support you accept

Remaining anchored in yourself while receiving help from someone else.

A different experience of strength.

Stronger boundaries within receiving.

What would change if you felt that you don’t have to choose between being strong and receiving support.

Meet the Women Behind this Work.

Professionally held. Deeply human.

Natalie and Kyla bring their education and experience as Registered Psychologists to this work, alongside their own lived experiences as women and everything they have learned through years of sitting alongside other women in the real, complicated, and often messy places of being human.

The Fall 2026 Journey is an intentionally mapped and emotionally intelligent container with enough structure to support you and enough space for your own experience to unfold naturally.

And when the nitty gritty stuff comes up, the feeling you didn’t expect, the old pattern that suddenly becomes visible, the relationship that gets complicated, or the thing you can’t quite make sense of yet, Natalie and Kyla have the professional skill and experience to hold you safely there.

But, YOU remain the authority on your own experience.

Natalie and Kyla bring curiosity, therapeutic skill, thoughtful questions, and a deep understanding of what it means to be human. Their role is to create the conditions for you to listen more closely to yourself, explore what is emerging, and discover what feels true for you.

“There’s something powerful that happens when women truly witness each other.”

— Natalie Imbach

Beyond the Circle

When you attend a circle, you’re invited into the private Brave Humanity community ~ a space where the work continues beyond the room.

After attending any circle, women are invited into a private Facebook & Instagram group where they can stay connected with Natalie and Kyla, as well as the other women they’ve shared the experience with.

Inside the space, we’ll share ongoing practices, reflections, and support aligned with the themes of the circles.

Access is ongoing after your first circle.
