Keep Going.
You already know this work.
You’ve experienced what it means to bring your real life into the room and work with what is alive now.
This group simply gives you a place to keep doing that.
The Alumni Group begins from a different place.
The Alumni Group is for women who have already completed six or more Brave Humanity Therapeutic Pathways, or equivalent previous therapeutic group work with Natalie and Kyla.
That threshold is intentional.
It is not about being further ahead.
It means you already have enough familiarity with the work, with yourself in a group, and with the Brave Humanity way of being together that this group can begin with less orientation and more continuity.
And because the Alumni Group is shaped by every woman within it, readiness matters not only for you, but for the emotional safety and continuity of the group as a whole.
The Commitment
This is a continuing group rather than a drop-in offering.
Women commit for all of the dates in the season, allowing the group to build familiarity, trust, and continuity over time.
Payment is arranged through autopay.
Your place to keep going.

There is more than one way to keep going.
The Continuing Therapeutic Group offers one kind of continuity. Your life becomes the material, and you return to an established group with what is alive now.
The fall Circles and Therapeutic Pathways offer something different: a guided experience centred around a particular theme, with the option to continue that work through its connected Deepening Session.
If you are eligible for the Alumni Group, you do not have to choose one path exclusively.
You may join the Alumni Group, participate in one or more of the fall Circles or Therapeutic Pathways, or choose a combination of both.

Trust what kind of support feels right for you in this season.
Professionally held. Always relational.
Natalie and Kyla are Registered Psychologists who have already been travelling alongside the women in this group through earlier stages of the work.
Their role is not to decide where the conversation should go or tell you what your experience means.
They bring the professional skill to hold what unfolds, stay with the nitty gritty when it arrives, notice what may be happening beneath the surface, and support the group without replacing your own knowing.
You bring your life. They help create the conditions to keep meeting it.
“We can journey through all of it together.”
— Kyla Brown

This group is designed for women who have already completed approximately six or more Brave Humanity Therapeutic Pathways, or equivalent previous therapeutic group work with Natalie and Kyla. The intention is not to create a level or status, but to ensure that each woman has enough familiarity with the work and with being in a therapeutic group for this ongoing format to feel supportive for her and for the group as a whole.
-
This is a commitment-based continuing group rather than a drop-in offering. When you join, you are reserving your place for the full season. That consistency supports your own therapeutic process and helps create the familiarity, trust, and emotional safety that allow the group to deepen over time.

Registration for the Alumni Group
is non-refundable.
When you join, your place is reserved for the full season. This commitment is an important part of creating the continuity, familiarity, and emotional safety that allow an ongoing therapeutic group to deepen over time.
Because your place is being held specifically for you, missed sessions are still charged according to the agreed autopay schedule.
-
Yes. The experiences serve different purposes and can complement one another. You are welcome to participate in the Continuing Therapeutic Group and also choose any Circle or Therapeutic Pathway that feels meaningful to you.
-
You don’t need to figure that out alone. If you’re unsure whether your previous experience makes this the right next step, reach out to Natalie or Kyla. They can help you think through what kind of support makes the most sense for you now.
