Today, we’ve processed only your $1 registration deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your first Therapeutic Pathway session.
Your remaining payments will be processed automatically on the day each session takes place. We structure payments this way so that, where applicable, the payment date aligns with the date the psychotherapy service is provided.
If your extended health plan includes coverage for psychological services, you’ll receive the appropriate receipt through Jane after the eligible session, which you can submit to your insurer according to your plan’s requirements.
Because your Therapeutic Pathway includes group psychotherapy, you’ll also receive a separate secure email from Jane with any consent or intake forms that need your attention before we gather.
We’ll take care of the behind-the-scenes pieces from here and send you everything you need before your first session.
